A gangster is not defined by a title.
A person can be a gang member, a business executive, a politician, a prison inmate, a law enforcement officer, a labor leader, a student, a parent, or a religious leader—and still NEVER think like a criminal.
Likewise, a person who once lived a life of crime can completely change and become honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
The problem is not the title. The problem is the mindset.
Gangsters Anonymous is a fellowship for anyone who wants freedom from the gangster mentality.
Our program is about recovering from: Criminal thinking Manipulation Intimidation Retaliation Exploitation Dishonesty Violence Living by fear instead of principles
We believe the real battle is not simply staying out of jail—it is replacing a destructive way of thinking with one based on honesty, humility, responsibility, accountability, and service to others.
Gangsters Anonymous is not against any race, profession, political party, religion, or institution.
We welcome anyone who sincerely desires to recover from the gangster mindset and live a crime-free, principle-centered life.
You don't have to change your title.
